Positive, Spacious room with a comfy bed. I loved the Nespresso pod machine for coffee in the morning. The super nice team. It's just a short walk to Ritsurin Garden and nearby restaurants. Plus, it's really clean overall!

The amazing breakfast buffet really blew me away 😍 The room was bigger than I thought and the staff were really nice. On the downside, I wish I could control my AC settings myself.

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Takamatsu, had much fun. I was given single room with an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. Have stayed here before, this is an exceptionally comfortable hotel, recommend.

The staff was pleasant plus the location was great. Tried some nice meals at Yakiniku Hormone Kemuriya, located next to the hotel. The rooms were quiet and mine was compact with the bathroom and many bunk beds, for instance. Coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator worked well...

The cleanliness at Webase in Takamatsu stood out. I appreciated the shared kitchen space. It felt comforting and practical for meal prep. The showers were great, always hot with great water pressure. Access to the laundry room was a hassle. Only three machines weren't enough, leading to long waits as guests sometimes left their laundry unattended. The capsule setup was a unique experience but felt a bit isolating. Interactions with other guests were limited, which may not suit everyone. There was also frequent card usage to access certain areas, which got tedious quickly. A clean and well-maintained spot, but the laundry situation needs addressing.

I had a good little and reasonably large room in this fairly clean hotel. I loved rooms with an unexpectedly large bath. Everyone was attentive and the breakfast was extensive.

The room was spacious enough for my family with two sons, and we loved having a capsule coffee machine to start our mornings right. The location is great-a short walk to Ritsurin Park, and plenty of eateries nearby to explore together.
My wife says that carrying luggage up and down the escalator was a bit tricky.

The staff were super friendly, helping us feel right at home. We explored nearby attractions like the Ritsurin Garden and enjoyed cycling around Shikoku. The lobby was fun to chill in, and we loved the vibe here!
One downside was the laundry situation. It was tough to find enough machines when we needed them. We had to wait around a bit, frustrating.
